I had not heard of watcho before and only found them online by chance . The watch was best price I could source and partik who was so helpful in the purchase process was 1st rate ,he sorted out the issues for me that I was having with on line purchase. I was looking for a suitable watch in a decent price bracket and was directed to their shop in Milton Keynes by another individual working in a different shop. I am extremely glad to have taken their advice and chose to visit the shop. The staff were extremely accomodating and very professional all throughout my time there, from choosing various watches to try on all the way to after having purchased the watch of which I am extremely happy.

I was directed to this store in Milton Keynes by another jeweller in the same mall. I wished to sell some unwanted jewellery and spoke with Kevin, who explained what they buy and how it all works in terms of gauging the prices, etc. I returned there a couple of days later and spent a very interesting hour with him as he worked through each piece. At the end of the day, I was very satisfied with the price he paid and I have to commend him on his expertise and excellent service. The money was paid a few days later by EFT and I could not be more pleased.

What can I say from start to finish the customer service of Watcho has been first class. I received my watch today it’s stunning over the moon with it. Delivery was very fast as I ordered it the bank holiday and it was processed and delivered to my door by Wednesday. These guys are probably the most competitively priced watch seller in the uk. I will be ordering from them again. Thanks to all at Watcho.

Super great service from WatchO. Ordered a lovely Wolf triple winder in british racing green, which they didn't have in stock. Ordered on a Monday morning and not only was it delivered on Wednesday but they also popped in a couple of items that I needed completely free of charge! Great people and I look forward to dealing with them again !

I ordered the wrong sized strap for my watch and I emailed customer service if I could send it back and get a smaller one. Andy from WatchO straight away got back to me with his nicest, politest manner and sorted out my problem without any hesitation. Kept me updated all along and made me smile with his mails. Ordered a watch from Jura watches, 3 weeks later it hadn't arrived even though they stated 7 days. I cancelled it and ordered the same watch from Watcho and received it the next day!!! Brilliant service, brilliant price!! Highly recommend!!!
